Program Management Plan
Our Program Management Plan was written to ensure that the Tri-County Regional Planning Commission manages the JARC and New Freedom applications and funds correctly and in accordance with federal guidelines.

Subrecipient Agreement
This agreement is between the Tri-County Regional Planning Commission and any recipient of JARC and New Freedom funds in the urbanized area. (Recipients in the rural areas do not need to sign these because funds go directly from the state to the recipient and not through TCRPC.)
